1. Independent Contractor Status

You acknowledge that you are performing services as an independent contractor and not as an employee of Shyne Network, Pocket Aces Cleaning, or any affiliated entity. Nothing in this platform or job assignment creates an employer–employee relationship.

2. Control of Work

You retain full control over the manner, method, and means by which the services are performed. Shyne Network does not supervise, direct, or control how the work is completed, and you are responsible for determining the methods and processes used to complete the services.

3. Scheduling and Availability

You determine your own working hours and availability. By accepting a job through the platform, you confirm that the job fits within the availability you have independently set.

4. Tools, Equipment, and Supplies

You are responsible for providing your own tools, equipment, materials, and cleaning supplies necessary to complete the services unless otherwise specifically stated in the job description.

5. Business Independence

You represent that you operate an independent business and may perform services for other companies or clients, including competitors of Shyne Network.

6. Payment for Services

You will be paid for services only after work has been completed and invoiced through the Shyne Network platform or other approved invoicing process. No wages, salary, or employee benefits will be provided.

7. Taxes and Insurance

You are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, including self-employment taxes, associated with the compensation you receive. You are also responsible for maintaining any insurance required for your business operations.

8. No Employee Benefits

As an independent contractor, you are not eligible for and will not receive employee benefits, including workers' compensation coverage, unemployment insurance, health benefits, paid leave, or retirement benefits through Shyne Network.

9. Right to Accept or Decline Work

You are under no obligation to accept any job, and Shyne Network is under no obligation to offer you work. Each job accepted constitutes a separate service engagement.

10. Agreement Confirmation

By clicking “Accept Job”, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and that you are performing services as an independent contractor operating your own business.
